SUPPORT TECHNICIAN, AUSTIN, TX (ONSITE)

Job Description:·  

This person will receive IT equipment and other shipments in the IT Depot, check it off against PO’s
that we have and get it to the appropriate group. Report any discrepancies. Be responsible for
keeping the depot clean and organized. Be overall responsible for where items are stored. Work with
our Support Services Division on storage in the warehouse. Help pull items for IT teams and ship
items as needed. Proficient in spreadsheets, inventory software and management. Have good
communication skills. Be able move and lift items up to 50lbs.

Required Skills:

  • 4 - 7 yrs of In inventory management

  • 4 - 7 yrs of Skill in the use of personal computers, in the use of applicable programs and systems

  • 4 - 7 yrs of Ability to operate information technology systems, to communicate effectively, and to train others

  • Overall understanding of IT System hardware
